Festive Spice Tropical Bucks Fizz

A fruity, spiced bubbly to kick off your Christmas morning in style.

Ingredients

  • 50ml V-Fusion Passion Fruit, Mango & Carrot Juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 allspice berries
  • 3 cloves
  • Pinch of mixed spice

Method

  1. In a small saucepan or milk pan, heat the V-Fusion juice with the cinnamon sticks, allspice berries and cloves. Simmer over a low heat for about 15 minutes, and then cover and chill.
  2. Once fully chilled, pour the mixture into the champagne flutes until they are a third or half full. Top with Prosecco, champagne or sparkling wine.
