Festive Spice Tropical Bucks Fizz
A fruity, spiced bubbly to kick off your Christmas morning in style.
- 50ml V-Fusion Passion Fruit, Mango & Carrot Juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 allspice berries
- 3 cloves
- Pinch of mixed spice
- In a small saucepan or milk pan, heat the V-Fusion juice with the cinnamon sticks, allspice berries and cloves. Simmer over a low heat for about 15 minutes, and then cover and chill.
- Once fully chilled, pour the mixture into the champagne flutes until they are a third or half full. Top with Prosecco, champagne or sparkling wine.
