Hot Mulled Beetroot & Raspberry Punch
A warm, spiced punch infused with sweet and earthy flavours - it’s the perfect alcohol-free alternative to mulled wine.
- 750ml carton of V-Fusion Beetroot & Raspberry Juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 star anise
- 3 whole cloves
- Zest of 1 orange (sliced off in strips with a knife, not grated)
- Optional: slices or orange and/or apple, to garnish
- Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer very gently for 30 minutes.
- To serve, leave to cool slightly, then pour through a sieve into glasses. Garnish with orange and/or apple slices, cut into quarters.
