Hot Mulled Beetroot & Raspberry Punch

A warm, spiced punch infused with sweet and earthy flavours - it’s the perfect alcohol-free alternative to mulled wine.

Ingredients

  • 750ml carton of V-Fusion Beetroot & Raspberry Juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 star anise
  • 3 whole cloves
  • Zest of 1 orange (sliced off in strips with a knife, not grated)
  • Optional: slices or orange and/or apple, to garnish

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer very gently for 30 minutes.
  2. To serve, leave to cool slightly, then pour through a sieve into glasses. Garnish with orange and/or apple slices, cut into quarters.
