Passion Fruit and Coconut Daiquiri
Our daiquiri recipe is a delicious icy tropical treat with just enough rum to make it interesting.
- 300ml V8 V-Fusion Passion Fruit, Mango & Carrot juice
- 125ml sugar syrup
- 125ml white rum with coconut
- 25ml dark rum
- 100ml lime juice
- 24 ice cubes
- Mint leaves to garnish
- 4 lime wedges
- Add all the ingredients together in a blender.
- Process the mixture until it is smooth.
- Taste the daiquiri and adjust to taste.
- Divide the daiquiris into 4 chilled glasses.
- Garnish each glass with mint leaves and a lime wedge.
