Raspberry & Beetroot Sangria
A fresh, summery cocktail recipe perfect for enjoying on a hot day.
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 2 handfuls fresh raspberries
- 750ml Spanish red wine
- 325ml V8 V-Fusion Raspberry & Beetroot Juice
- 100ml brandy
- Sugar syrup (to taste)
- 300ml soda water
- In a large jug or pitcher, add the fruit, red wine, V8 V-Fusion Raspberry & Beetroot juice and brandy.
- Stir well to combine and taste for sweetness. Add sugar syrup or more V8 V-Fusion Raspberry & Beetroot fruit juice until the sweetness is to your liking.
- Add fresh raspberries.
- Add the soda water and stir gently.
- Pour in to your favourite glasses over ice.
