Raspberry & Beetroot Sangria

A fresh, summery cocktail recipe perfect for enjoying on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 handfuls fresh raspberries
  • 750ml Spanish red wine
  • 325ml V8 V-Fusion Raspberry & Beetroot Juice
  • 100ml brandy
  • Sugar syrup (to taste)
  • 300ml soda water
  • Ice

Method

  1. In a large jug or pitcher, add the fruit, red wine, V8 V-Fusion Raspberry & Beetroot juice and brandy.
  2. Stir well to combine and taste for sweetness. Add sugar syrup or more V8 V-Fusion Raspberry & Beetroot fruit juice until the sweetness is to your liking.
  3. Add fresh raspberries.
  4. Add the soda water and stir gently.
  5. Pour in to your favourite glasses over ice.
