Spicy Black Bean Soup
A delicious thick soup full of flavour! Ready in just 15 minutes, spicy or mild, you decide!
- 290 ml beef gravy
- 3 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 260ml V8 Original
- 130g Salsa (Hot or Mild)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 55g sour cream
- 25g grated Cheddar cheese
- Blend together the gravy and 1 can of the black beans together into a blender. Blend together to combine until smooth and then pour the mixture into a saucepan.
- Next, simply stir in the rest of the black beans, the V8 Original, salsa and cumin and bring to the boil. Cover and cook on a low heat for a further 5 minutes and serve with sour cream and cheese. Delicious!
